(How do always I get suck with writing journals...?)
It seems there has been a bit of confusion on what this whole thing is about. So let me clear things up. OK???
First off, Echoes is a project that we (meaning ~xemmi, ~Nat-sama, ~DrFinitevus, and my self((~Anime-Fox)) came up with to stay in touch with each other, for I was moving away and we will all be graduating this year(2010)
So , when we where hanging out for the last time before we "split" we came up with the idea of Echoes. And everything you see before you (i.e. profile, characters, basic story, ect.)
For SOME REASON, Some people got the idea that this is a "free-for-all" account. That anybody can join. No, that is wrong.
This account was created to STAY IN TOUCH with friends. ~Atley-Kinomiya was allowed in because WE KNOW HER IN REAL LIFE. We went to school with her and all that stuff. She just wasn't there when we created this whole thing and was voted in later (which really didn't need to be voted upon X3)
So, in short, If you wish to join Echoes. First asks yourselves: "Do I know these people fo-realz???" If it's a "yes" then we vote upon it. If we ALL say "yes" then congrats. You get to contribute to the madness.
Thats it. I hope this clears some things up.

Well the lot of you except for Anime-Fox. From what Nata was telling me this sounds highly interesting.
